Your role:
As Engineering Program Lead, you are the connecting link between all teams involved in product development. You oversee the entire development lifecycle, monitor progress closely, and ensure that technical, organizational and product security challenges are addressed proactively.
Your responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate R&D programs from planning through delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope and meet quality objectives.
• Coordinate the transition from engineering to industrialization and manufacturing, ensuring production readiness together with our Shenzhen engineering team and Product Operations.
• Integrate product security throughout the development lifecycle, including risk assessments, threat modelling, vulnerability management and regulatory compliance.
• Align multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and external partners, remove roadblocks and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Support resource and capacity planning while managing dependencies across multiple development projects.
• Maintain visibility across the engineering portfolio, balancing priorities, project interdependencies and available capacity.
• Coordinate the implementation of product security requirements and compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary engineering or R&D programs.
• Strong understanding of hardware, embedded software and software development environments.
• Affinity with product security, Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), cybersecurity risk management and compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
• Analytical, structured and proactive, with the ability to identify and resolve risks before they impact project delivery.
• Experience or interest in professional audio, DSP or AV systems is considered a strong asset.

Wat houdt de functie in?
Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen alle betrokken teams. Je bewaakt het volledige traject van productontwikkeling, houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat technische, organisatorische en security-uitdagingen tijdig aangepakt worden.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
• Je coördineert R&D-projecten van planning tot oplevering en bewaakt timing, scope, kwaliteit en voortgang.
• Het coördineren van de overdracht van de techniek richting industrialisatie en productie, waarbij de productiegereedheid wordt gewaarborgd samen met Shenzhen en productoperaties.
• Je integreert product security in alle ontwikkelingsfasen, van risicoanalyses en threat modeling tot kwetsbaarheden en compliance.
• Je brengt teams, stakeholders en externe partners op één lijn, neemt blokkades weg en escaleert risico's waar nodig.
• Je ondersteunt resource- en capaciteitsplanning en bewaakt de afhankelijkheden tussen verschillende projecten.
• Houd zichtbaarheid binnen het engineeringportfolio, waarbij prioriteiten, afhankelijkheden en capaciteit in balans worden gebracht over meerdere projecten.
• Coördineren van de integratie van productbeveiligings- en CRA-vereisten gedurende de hele ontwikkelingscyclus.
• Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardige ervaring, en een bewezen trackrecord in het coördineren van complexe, multidisciplinaire engineering- of R&D-projecten.
• Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving met hardware, embedded software en softwareontwikkeling en hebt affiniteit met product security, SSDLC en risicobeheer.
• Je brengt mensen en teams samen, creëert draagvlak zonder hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid en communiceert vlot met uiteenlopende stakeholders.
• Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt analytisch, bewaart het overzicht en neemt initiatief om risico's en knelpunten tijdig aan te pakken.
• Affiniteit met audio, DSP of AV-systemen is een mooie troef.
